Main floor has living/ dining room area with free standing wood burning fireplace open kitchen to living area.  Bedroom 1, 2 with 1 dbl bed each, bathroom with T/S unit. Upstairs bedroom 3 has 1 dbl bed, 2 twin beds. Plenty of lawn space for private family outdoor games and private fire ring upon request.

Rates (Summer season mid June – mid August) weekly $1625.00  
Saturday check in at 4 pm; Saturday checkout 10 am
Nightly rate $310.00 ( 2 nite min)

Deposit: $400 per cottage/per weekly rental.

Options: 

Private dock space for guest boats: $50 per week
