Unique hillside situated large 4 bedroom A frame style cottage.  Wood paneled open floor plan kitchen, dining, living room on main floor.  West and north views of Hamlin Lake. Main floor includes 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, full bathroom with T/S unit, upstairs has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each.  Large outside deck with picnic table. Close to boat docks area.

Rates (Summer season mid June – mid August) weekly $1650.00  
Saturday check in at 4 pm; Saturday checkout 10 am
Nightly rate $310.00 ( 2 nite min)

Deposit: $400 per cottage/per weekly rental.

Options: 

Private dock space for guest boats: $50 per week

No Refunds. Credit cards accepted. Cash or check preferred.
