Charming one large bedroom cottage!  Upstairs bedroom has 1 dbl bed, 2 twin beds. Main level has quaint kitchen , dining area that overlooks woods/lake.  Comfortable living room and bathroom with large fiberglass shower.

Rates (Summer season mid June – mid August) weekly $975.00  
Saturday check in at 4 pm; Saturday checkout 10 am
Nightly rate $150.00 ( 2 nite min)

Deposit: $400 per cottage/per weekly rental.

Options:

Private dock space for guest boats: $50 per week
