Enjoy watching the deer in the meadow from your outdoor deck! Spacious Bi-level home/cottage includes 4 large bedrooms.  Upper level has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 2 double beds, Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed,  Full size bathroom with T/S unit. Kitchen dining area will seat 10+ people.  Living room overlooks outdoor pool area. Lower level has bedroom 3 has one queen / one twin bed and bedroom 4 with one full  / one twin bed.  Full T/S bathroom and large family room with freestanding wood fireplace and room for game playing on rainy days.  Large screened porch has picnic table and extra refrigerator. Private fire ring upon request.

Rates (Summer season mid June – mid August) weekly $2000.00  
Saturday check in at 4 pm; Saturday checkout 10 am
Nightly rate $320.00 ( 2 nite min)

Deposit: $400 per cottage/per weekly rental.

Options: 

Private dock space for guest boats: $50 per week
