5 bedroom unit built around the original historical 1890 log home.  Main level has large screened-in front porch overlooking play and pool area, living/dining room overlooks Hamlin Lake (North View).  Easily accommodates 10-12 ppl, spacious kitchen and storage to cook easily for 10+ ppl. Bathroom has walk in tiled shower. Main floor bedroom has 1 queen bed. Upstairs 4 bedrooms: 3 w/ dbl bed, 1 w/ 2 twin beds, full T/S bathroom.

Rates (Summer season mid June – mid August) weekly $2000.00  
Saturday check in at 4 pm; Saturday checkout 10 am
Nightly rate $320.00 ( 2 nite min)

Deposit: $400 per cottage/per weekly rental.

Options:

Private dock space for guest boats: $50 per week
